About The Provider
Andrew Chinofsky, MSN, CRNP, CWON
Andrew is a Nurse Practitioner and founder of Morningstar Wound Care. Born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania, he brings over a decade of clinical experience in acute and chronic disease management. He specializes in providing advanced, evidence-based wound care directly in patients’ homes to improve healing outcomes, reduce infection risk, and help prevent avoidable hospitalizations.
He also has a strong interest in patient and caregiver education, taking time to teach practical wound care principles that support better understanding, adherence, and long-term outcomes. His focus is on delivering high-quality, accessible, and compassionate care.
When he is not caring for patients, he spends his time dedicated to his family. He is a cub scout leader and enjoys hiking and camping. He also enjoys golfing with his wife whenever they can find the time.
